* GOODS LIFT:

And steel cage (with or without collapsible gate) is being guided In steel guide members with hoisting at lowering operation being performed through 'Himax' hoist. Hoisting unit shall be designed In modular construction which simplifies repairs and maintenance. The cage is operated through property interlocked push button with limit switches for perfect safety. Hoisting unit shall be designed in modular construction which simplifies repairs and maintenance.The hoisting Motor shall be foot/flange mounted of class-F Insulation, with IP S4 weather proof enclosure of reputed make.All Controls of electrical like contactors, over load relay, Fuse fittings, transformer etc. are housed in weather proof enclosure. Limit switch will be provided for over hoisting and over lowering.

*CAGE UNIT:
       The goods lift cage is made from rolled steel section. Bottom of the cage will be covered with 6 mm chequered plate and 1no. collapsible gate will be provided (If required). One sides of the cage structure will be fitted with roller assembly for guiding the cage in 'T' type guide. Rubber buffers will be provided on the bottom portion to absorb the jerks.The upper half of the height of the cage will be fabricated with M.S. plates and the upper half of the cage will filed with 25mm square wine mesh. The entire cage structure will be painted with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 mats of Enamel paint.
